Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. It is offered through light touch and particularly useful for healing trauma as it unblocks the denser and heavier energies stored in our bodies. It has been known to help insomnia, anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, and many other diseases and illnesses. Peaceful, safe and deeply relaxing, most treatments last 45 - 90 minutes and can be accompanied with or without a Sound Bath. Private or group sessions, both in-person and virtually.

Yoga is a practice of the body and mind through physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. It improves strength, balance, and flexibility while promoting mental and physical wellness. Ecstatic Dance involves different styles of music that tap into your emotions and cleanse all areas of the body through sound and movement. It serves as a great spiritual practice and encourages you to restore balance in your body by shaking out all the stress and frustration. It can be done anywhere, anytime, with or without music. Private or group sessions, both in-person and virtually.
This is an 8-week personally developed journey to self discovery and awareness. Each
week will be focused on a different chakra (energy centers of the body) and involve a
combination of Journaling Exercises, Affirmations, Reiki, Transformational Breathwork,
Yoga Sessions, Ecstatic Dance, Nature Walks, Sound Bath Healings, Meditation and a
Cacao Ceremony. Private / In person only.
The sacred vibrational sound from singing bowls can adjust an imbalance affecting our physical or emotional well-being. They assist in achieving a state of zen and help to practice mindfulness. Many instruments can be played during a sound bath, all at various frequencies to awaken and align you. Private or group sessions, in-person only.
